James Victore’s designs can be seen in the permanent collection of the Louvre and The Library of Congress. He has won awards from many major national and international design competitions, including:
- Emmy award for television animation
- Gold and Silver Medals from the New York Art Directors Club
- Grand Prix from the Czech Republic Design Biennial
His clients include Moet & Chandon, Aveda, Apple, Yohji Yamamoto, Yamaha, The New York Times and the School of Visual Arts.
He teaches graphic design at the School of Visual Arts in New York City and is a founder of the annual Share, Victore, Wilker Graphic Design Workshop.
The Alaska Design Forum is supported, in part, by the Alaska State Council on the Arts, the National Endowment for the Arts, a federal agency, and the Municipality of Anchorage.
